Portfolio Based Language Assessment and L’Évaluation linguistique basée sur le portfolio Resources to Support Evolving Trends (PBLA/ELBP)

Duration: 3 years (April 1, 2025 – March 31, 2028)

This project is funded by the Government of Canada.

This project will support instructors and administrators delivering language training for newcomers to Canada. CCLB will provide professional development courses, workshop sessions, guidelines, training, tools/resources and assessments, and classroom materials to further develop and support the use of PBLA/ELBP and its new Language for Success (LFS) framework/Cadre Langue pour réussir (LPR), which shows the relationship between CLB/NCLC and Skills for Success in LINC/CLIC classrooms to ensure consistent standards nationally.
